We have always been a firm supporter of Pay Parity. We take pride in supporting our teachers with a competitive rate. With the recent launch of the Extended Pay Parity, we are excited to announce that we will be increasing our rate for the relief teachers who have met the step 10 and 11 as of 1st April 2023.
For centres we won’t be passing on any additional charge. By charging the same flat rate we have kept our promise to support you. This is our way to show our appreciation towards our centres - those teachers will bring their wealth of experience and long-standing teaching skills to support the centres.
